Consult Membership

$20/month for one individual $10/month for each additional family member

  • Perfect if you already have a primary care doctor but want natural, integrative, or functional input beyond Google searches, TikTok videos, and Facebook groups.

  • Includes unlimited messaging and virtual visits as needed

  • This plan does not include ordering prescriptions, labs, imaging, or making new diagnoses.

Primary Care Membership

$50/month for one individual $10/month for each additional family member

  • Perfect for someone who is looking for a convenient naturally-minded physician who is primarily virtual.

  • Includes everything in Consult Membership, plus prescription management, lab ordering, referrals, etc

  • Home visits available as needed in most locations for an additional fee

Note: for the purposes of membership, family is defined as up to two adults ages 18+, and an unlimited number of children less than 18 years old, who all share the same mailing address and payment method.

Pair your membership with insurance for complete coverage

Your membership covers all your everyday primary care needs—but life can throw the occasional curveball, which is why we still recommend that you carry insurance. Pairing your membership with a high-deductible or catastrophic insurance plan means you’re covered for the big, unexpected stuff too. Think of it like having both a storm shelter in case of a tornado and also an umbrella for the rain.

A few limitations….

We would love the opportunity to partner with you on your healthcare journey, but you should know up front that there are a few things we can’t do…

  • We’ll get back to your messages within one business day, but if something needs attention more quickly than that, we recommend that you head to urgent care or the ER.

  • Because of the primarily virtual nature of the practice, we can’t prescribe controlled substances (like stimulants, benzodiazepines, or narcotics) — if you regularly take any of these medications, we’d still love to be part of your team, but you’ll need to have another doctor to prescribe those for you.

While we can’t jump into emergency mode or prescribe certain medications, we’re fully committed to providing thoughtful, attentive care for everything else.
